Submit Your Brief
Send us your artwork file (AI, EPS, or PDF), specify your label type, size, quantity, and fold style using our simple online form — or email us directly. No brief is too simple or too complex. If you only have a rough idea, our team will guide you.

Step 02 · Days 3–5
Receive Physical Sample
Within 3–5 working days of artwork approval, we dispatch a physical sample of your label — the exact yarn, weave density, colour, and fold that will be used in bulk production. International samples ship via DHL Express.

Step 03 · Day 6–7
Approve & Confirm Order
Once you have the physical sample in hand and are satisfied, confirm your bulk order quantity and pay the production deposit. At this stage, you also confirm the final delivery date. Nothing enters mass production without your explicit sign-off.

Production & Quality Control
Your labels enter our dedicated production line. Our 3-stage quality control process runs in parallel — raw material inspection, in-process checks, and a final pre-packing inspection. You receive progress updates at every stage.

Pack, Ship & Deliver
Finished labels are professionally packed with full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight depending on volume and your urgency. Tracking details are shared immediately upon dispatch.

All printed care labels and size labels produced at our Lahore facility use water-based, low-formaldehyde inks that comply with REACH and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 requirements. We eliminated solvent-based inks from our printing lines in 2019.
Organic & Natural Cotton Labels
Our cotton label range is available in GOTS-traceable organic cotton upon request. Natural cotton labels are biodegradable and the preferred choice for sustainable fashion brands targeting eco-conscious consumers in Europe and North America.
Water-Efficient Production
Woven label manufacturing requires minimal water compared to garment dyeing processes. Our needle loom and broadloom weaving operations use closed-loop water systems where water is involved, reducing consumption by over 60% versus conventional printing methods.
