All printed care labels and size labels produced at our Lahore facility use water-based, low-formaldehyde inks that comply with REACH and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 requirements. We eliminated solvent-based inks from our printing lines in 2019.
Our cotton label range is available in GOTS-traceable organic cotton upon request. Natural cotton labels are biodegradable and the preferred choice for sustainable fashion brands targeting eco-conscious consumers in Europe and North America.
Woven label manufacturing requires minimal water compared to garment dyeing processes. Our needle loom and broadloom weaving operations use closed-loop water systems where water is involved, reducing consumption by over 60% versus conventional printing methods.
Yarn offcuts and edge waste from our weaving lines are collected, sorted, and supplied to recycling partners for repurposing into industrial textiles and insulation materials. We target less than 3% production waste as a standard KPI across all label types.
For baby wear, children's clothing, and skin-contact applications, we source only EN 71-3-compliant dyes and REACH-registered raw materials. Full material safety data sheets (MSDS) are available for every yarn and ink SKU in our production inventory.
We actively work with buyers pursuing OEKO-TEX, GRS (Global Recycled Standard), and Higg Index certifications. Our raw material traceability records and production documentation are maintained to support third-party audits and ESG reporting requirements.
